Manufacturing Partner for Custom 3D Printed Components

At Precision Print Co, we work as a manufacturing partner for businesses that require reliable, repeatable, and functional 3D printed components. Rather than focusing on one-off prints, we support companies with ongoing production, low-volume manufacturing, and long-term part supply.

All production is carried out in-house in Ribbchester, Preston, allowing us to maintain full control over quality, lead times, and consistency.

What Does a Manufacturing Partner Mean?

A manufacturing partner is more than a print-on-demand service. It’s a working relationship built around understanding your product, your tolerances, and your production needs over time.

We work closely with our partners to:

  • Understand how parts are used in real-world applications

  • Select the most appropriate materials

  • Ensure consistency across repeat batches

  • Adapt quickly as designs or requirements evolve

This approach is ideal for businesses that need flexibility without committing to tooling or large minimum order quantities.

A More Personal Approach to Manufacturing

Unlike large production houses, Precision Print Co is a smaller, focused manufacturer. This allows us to work one-on-one with our partners, offering a more personal, responsive service.

You deal directly with the people producing your parts, which means:

  • Faster communication

  • Better understanding of your requirements

  • Quicker adjustments when changes are needed

  • A long-term working relationship, not a ticket system

We position ourselves as an extension of your production process, not just a supplier.

Materials & Production Capabilities

We manufacture functional components using a wide range of engineering and production-ready materials, including:

  • PLA & PLA-CF

  • PETG

  • ABS & ASA

  • TPU

  • PA6 (Nylon 6)

Material selection is always discussed during the project review stage to ensure parts meet mechanical, environmental, and durability requirements.

How the Manufacturing Partner Process Works

Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and scalable.

Step 1 – Initial Contact
Get in touch via our contact page and outline your project or production requirements.

Step 2 – Review & Material Selection
We’ll discuss your vision, review your files, and determine the most suitable filament for your application.

Step 3 – Pricing, Lead Times & Batch Discounts
You’ll receive clear pricing per unit, estimated lead times, and any applicable batch discounts. Batch pricing is calculated based on how many parts can be produced per full build plate.

Step 4 – Production & Delivery
Once approved, production begins in-house. Completed parts are shipped via DPD next-day delivery or made available for collection.

For automated orders, files can also be uploaded directly through our instant pricing system for immediate pricing and checkout.
